After submitting payment, email your original résumé (if you have one) to [email protected]. You also have the option of using the "Contact" tab to attach/send your resume. Within 24 hours of receipt, you will be contacted by Mr. Munger and a questionnaire will be forwarded to you, which you will need to fill out and return. In addition to returning the questionnaire, it is extremely beneficial to forward specific job postings that you are targeting. If you don't have any, please be sure to indicate your job objective so we know what to customize the résumé toward. Once all documentation and information has been obtained (through email and phone), the résumé writing process will begin.
On average, the turnaround time is 4-8 business days. If you have an URGENT project that is due in less than 2 business days, please advise, and we will see if we can schedule accordingly. Documents will be submitted via PDF and Microsoft Word.
REFUND POLICY: You can ask for a full refund if the request is made before receiving the newly written/updated resume. Once you receive the resume via email, you can no longer request a 100% refund; however, you can request multiple edits, corrections, and revisions until we have a product that meets your needs.
